Job Responsibilities

  • Supports day-to-day onsite data center security operations across assigned critical environments.
  • Helps ensure work is completed in accordance with established workflows, procedures, and escalation expectations.
  • Identifies operational issues, helps prioritize response needs, and coordinates follow-through through appropriate channels.
  • Communicates operational risks, recurring issues, and support needs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Works closely with site teams and broader security partners to support operational continuity, execution quality, and site readiness.

Security Systems Support & Maintenance

  • Performs advanced troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance for physical security components.
  • Applies strong working knowledge of physical security systems, field device connectivity, and technical support practices.
  • Prioritizes maintenance needs, corrective actions, and follow-up work to support site readiness and consistent execution.
  • Identifies, documents, and communicates equipment issues, performance concerns, recurring technical problems, and support requirements.
  • Escalates complex technical issues appropriately when conditions exceed defined scope, authority, or available support resources.

Incident Response, Escalation & Recovery

  • Serves as a lead onsite resource during incident response, issue triage, escalation support, and recovery coordination.
  • Coordinates timely response activities during outages, system failures, and other events requiring rapid onsite support and disciplined follow-through.
  • Ensures accurate updates, clear documentation, and timely escalation are provided to support incident tracking, response effectiveness, and recovery actions.
  • Supports customer escalation needs by communicating site status, issue progress, and recovery support through appropriate channels.

Compliance, Documentation & Execution Quality

  • Helps reinforce execution quality through adherence to defined processes, approved tools, and established work standards.
  • Completes and supports review of work logs, maintenance records, checklists, and other required documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Documents identified issues, troubleshooting steps, corrective actions, completed tasks, and escalation activities clearly to support visibility, follow-up, and operational continuity.
  • Supports audit readiness and contractual performance through disciplined adherence to reporting expectations, process controls, and execution standards.
  • Identifies documentation gaps, execution inconsistencies, or process issues and communicates them through appropriate channels.

Coordination, Customer Support & Site Readiness

  • Provides site-level execution, escalation support, and day-to-day operational readiness across assigned environments.
  • Coordinates with broader security partners, vendors, and other support resources to complete assigned work and maintain operational continuity.
  • Supports customer confidence through reliable execution, responsiveness, and disciplined communication during routine support activities, escalations, and recovery efforts.
  • Maintains site readiness by ensuring security components, operational dependencies, support needs, and critical spares are identified, prioritized, and communicated appropriately.
  • Affords assistance with customer escalation support, site communication needs, and execution follow-through tied to operational issues, outages, or service concerns.
  • Tracks material usage, critical spare availability, and local support needs to strengthen site readiness and execution continuity.
  • Communicates material constraints, replenishment needs, and local resource considerations to leadership through appropriate channels.
  • Serves as a dependable onsite coordination resource during periods of elevated operational need or changing site priorities.

  • Supports standardized execution, clear escalation, and operational reliability.
  • Reinforces day-to-day readiness by understanding expectations, workflows, and support practices.
  • Provides execution quality, readiness, and solid day-to-day performance.
