  • Conduct early-stage schedule sanity/health-checks to ensure proposed durations to customers are realistic and achievable, especially for time-sensitive determinations and lease commitments.
  • Expertise in complex schedule baselining, performance tracking, and predictive outcomes to support leadership decision-making.
  • Create schedules that clearly and succinctly communicate schedule concepts (e.g., overall project health, pending risks, remaining float) to the Leadership Team, with a focus on graphical presentation and organization.
  • Identify problems and risks early, report them to Leadership, and work with project teams to develop and implement mitigation and recovery strategies.
  • Create and manage an Owner Schedule database/repository in SharePoint, including the creation, collection, tracking, and dissemination of schedule KPIs and rules of thumb.
  • Assist STACK project teams in the review and analysis of preliminary and in-progress GC project schedules, providing expert insight and ad hoc/ongoing support as needed.
  • Work with the Development Team Preconstruction Lead on conceptual/preliminary project schedules in conjunction with Sales & Development activities.
  • Provide ad hoc mini-schedules, fragnets, hypotheticals, and scenario analyses as required.

Requirements

  • Data Center scheduling experience is required.
  • Work proactively and effectively, at times with minimal supervision, to address issues, identify and solve problems.
  • Emphasis on continuous development and improvement of the program, templates, processes, training, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of critical path method scheduling, risk analysis, and schedule optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team leaders across the organization, including Finance, IT, HR, Strategy, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Client Success, and Operations.
  • Represent the Construction Team when needed and work collaboratively to resolve issues.

Qualifications

This role might be right for you if:

  • You are a strong communicator, persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.
  • You do not get flustered easily and can juggle multiple priorities while balancing urgent requests with shifting timelines and deliverables.
  • You are a team builder who takes the time to understand and develop the strengths of your resources while formulating long-term plans for the team’s growth and success.
  • You are naturally curious and driven toward continual improvement, reviewing and analyzing campaigns for future learning.
