Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Location-Remote Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to analyze complex data, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and collaborating with different teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Gather data requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into analytical solutions.Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality checks.Track and analyze key business and operational KPIs.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.Support junior analysts and provide guidance on analytical tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.Experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of KPIs, reporting, and data interpretation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
