We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing Unity Health Network, mission, etc. Probably "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph: "Unity Health Network, part of the Optum and UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, is the largest independent physician network in Northeast Ohio. Our infrastructure enables us to provide extensive primary care services and diverse specialty care offerings while removing non-medical business functions from our clinical staff, allowing them to concentrate on care delivery. Our team is growing, and we are looking for more health care professionals who want to be part of an organization that is driven by excellence. You can be part of a dedicated health care team that provides high quality and timely patient-centered services. In return, we will provide you with competitive opportunities that are driven to change the future of health care delivery and your career. For those who want to invent the future of health care, here's your opportunity. We're going beyond basic care to health programs integrated across the entire continuum of care. Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together." That's about the organization and role. - Responsibilities: The "Primary Responsibilities" bullet list: Data Collection, Management, and Integrity (sub-bullets), Data Analysis & Reporting, Performance Tracking. Also note the note about duties not inclusive; we can ignore note as it's boilerplate? It's a note about duties not inclusive; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive? It's generic; but we can keep? The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This note is not exactly boilerplate but it's a disclaimer; might be considered boilerplate? It's typical. Safer to drop. - Requirements: Might be "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". The spec says we have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping. Usually "Required Qualifications" could go under Requirements. "Preferred Qualifications" could go under Qualifications. Skills could be derived from required/preferred? But we have specific skills listed: Proficient in MS Excel and SQL (required), PowerBI/Tableau experience (preferred), Familiarity with medical terminology and procedure codes (ICD-10-CM and CPT) (preferred), Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred), Proven detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (preferred), Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion (preferred). Also "All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy" - that's a policy note; maybe we can include under Requirements? It's a condition. Might be considered boilerplate? It's specific to remote work; but posting says position is onsite at address. So remote policy may be irrelevant; but it's still there. Could drop as not substantive? Might be considered boilerplate but it's a policy. I'd drop. - Pay: The posting includes: "Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable." Thus we have Pay and Benefits content. - Benefits: The benefits described: comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401k contribution. Also maybe "No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives." Could be included. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; only location onsite. No schedule info (full-time implied). Since we should not create Schedule unless posting actually states them. It doesn't state schedule (e.g., full-time, part-time, shift). So we omit Schedule. - Qualifications: Could be "Preferred Qualifications". We'll put under Qualifications. - Skills: Could be extracted from required/preferred qualifications like proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau, medical terminology, communication, detail-oriented, analytical, problem-solving, project management. But we already have Qualifications section; maybe we combine? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. Skills could be merged into Requirements/Qualifications. We'll not create separate Skills unless we have distinct skill list not covered. We'll incorporate skill details into Requirements and Qualifications. Thus final HTML:

Pay

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

We must ensure we didn't repeat job title. No Job ID. No EEO etc. We removed the note about duties not inclusive, remote policy, EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Also removed the duplicated lines about "You'll be rewarded and recognized..." maybe that's substantive? It's about rewards and recognition; could be considered part of Benefits or About the role? It says: "You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in." This is about performance rewards and development; could be included under Benefits or maybe a separate section but we don't have a section for that. Could incorporate into Benefits as bullet: "Performance-based rewards and recognition, with clear direction for success and development opportunities." But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can rephrase but must preserve meaning. The sentence is substantive; we should include it. Where? Could be under Benefits as a bullet. However we already have Benefits bullets; we can add a bullet: "Performance-based rewards and recognition, with clear direction for success and development opportunities." That's preserving the info. Also there is sentence: "All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy" - we dropped as not relevant (onsite). Could be omitted. Also there is: "We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable." Already in Pay. Also there is: "At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives..." That's mission statement; could be part of About the role? Already we have some description; we could incorporate mission but we already have a lot. Might be considered boilerplate? It's mission statement; could be kept under About the role. But we already have a paragraph about the organization; we could add mission sentence. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can include it as part of About the role. Let's add after the first paragraph maybe. But we need to avoid duplication: we already have "Unity Health Network, part of the Optum and UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, is the largest independent physician network in Northeast Ohio..." The mission sentence is separate: "At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone. We believe everyone-of every race, gender, sexuality, age, location and income-deserves the opportunity to live their healthiest life. Today, however, there are still far too many barriers to good health which are disproportionately experienced by people of color, historically marginalized groups and those with lower incomes. We are committed to mitigating our impact on the environment and enabling and delivering equitable care that addresses health disparities and improves health outcomes - an enterprise priority reflected in our mission." This is quite detailed; it's substantive about mission and DEI. Should we include? It's not boilerplate; it's mission/DEI statement. Could be included under About the role. However the
