Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze financial and business data from various sources
- Create and maintain reporting analytics to track business performance
- Support internal customers with analytical needs and problem solving
- Translate objectives into project plans with defined milestones
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to enhance forecasting and variance analysis
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL and relational databases, particularly large-scale data
- Ability to navigate nuanced data and operate under ambiguity
- Familiarity with Snowflake, especially its machine learning capabilities
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Experience with Excel, ERPs, and financial planning/business intelligence tools
- Exposure to process automation and data pipeline design
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
