Senior Data Analyst - CRM
Responsibilities
- Collect, integrate, and validate data from multiple operational and operational systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Analyze CRM and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Partner with commercial leaders to translate data insights into actionable improvement initiatives
- Support the development of predictive models and analytics that help anticipate commercial opportunities
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data infrastructure and improve access to operational datasets
- Develop analytical frameworks that support operational forecasting, performance monitoring, and decision support
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and performance trends
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to align analytics initiatives with operational priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in data or sales analytics, business intelligence, or operational analytics roles
- Experience working with Customer Relationship management Systems (CRM), preferably Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Data
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to identify patterns and operational insights from large datasets
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for operational and leadership stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven operational improvements
