Work Schedule
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Position Introduction
Will function as lead developer for a Care Management application platform currently utilized by a team of approximately 15 staff to manage a large population of Health Access Network members. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for application design, development, enhancement, and support activities.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET 8, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications
- Experience with Dapper, IIS, Visual Studio, Azure, and modern software development practices (preferred)
Technical Leadership and Collaboration
- Leading technical initiatives
- Mentoring developers
- Performing code reviews
- Tracing complex application issues
- Collaborating with business stakeholders
Desired Skills
- Experience with TypeScript and React (desirable but not required for candidates with strong back-end development and database expertise)
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows (strongly preferred)
Emerging Technologies and Best Practices
- Evaluating and adopting emerging technologies
- Maintaining established software engineering best practices
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 48 months experience as a Data Analyst or in related field
Equivalency/Substitution
Will accept 48 months data analysis, business analysis experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 96 months experience.
