Senior Data Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 6-8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related discipline, preferably in a Financial Services context. Wealth Management background is a plus.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or a similar BI platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating fluently between technical detail and business language.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and develop trusted relationships.
• Experience gathering business requirements and logic, translating needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities and demonstrated ability break down uses cases into smaller components and prioritize execution sequencing with stakeholders in an agile manner.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, at times autonomously, on tight timelines without losing rigor.
• High personal agency and situational awareness, anticipating what's next and taking initiative to keep work moving forward.
• Familiarity with, or capacity to quickly adopt, AI-assisted tools to accelerate data work and improve analytical productivity.

Benefits

This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $110,000-$130,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
