Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager(Onsite)

Role Description Job Summary Lead and manage enterprise cybersecurity programs working closely with the CISO and business stakeholders to drive strategy governance risk management compliance and security initiatives Job Description Serve as the primary cybersecurity leader collaborating with the CISO business stakeholders and security teams. Drive cybersecurity strategy governance risk management compliance and security program execution. Execute cybersecurity strategy and roadmap initiatives aligned with business goals Lead governance risk compliance and security transformation programs. Manage cybersecurity projects including budgets vendors and resources Act as the key liaison between the CISO business leaders and delivery teams. Drive stakeholder engagement executive reporting and decisionmaking processes. Monitor service performance risks and remediation activities to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and security standards Utilize expertise in Firewall management specifically Palo Alto solutions Implement and manage Identity and Access Management IDAM using Microsoft Entra ID. Apply strong project governance and project planning skills to deliver successful security initiatives. Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders to convey program status and risks Roles and Responsibilities Lead and oversee enterprise cybersecurity programs and operations. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with the CISO. Manage governance risk management compliance and security transformation projects. Coordinate and manage project budgets vendors and internal resources. Serve as the primary point of contact between security teams and business stakeholders. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and executivelevel reporting. Monitor and assess cybersecurity risks and ensure timely remediation. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards. Manage Firewall configurations and policies focusing on Palo Alto technologies. Oversee Identity and Access Management IDAM initiatives using Microsoft Entra ID. Apply project governance principles and detailed project planning to ensure ontime delivery. Foster collaboration across teams to support cybersecurity goals and initiatives. Other Details Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
