About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & Financial Compliance SME to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will serve as a key subject matter expert supporting security architecture, compliance readiness, and financial oversight for enterprise systems in a highly regulated environment. The position will translate complex regulatory requirements into practical security controls, policies, and procedures that support operational and audit objectives. You will partner with global teams and leaders across the organization to strengthen threat detection, improve compliance posture, and advance strategic security initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead security architecture efforts for the enterprise system, ensuring compliance with audit standards
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable security practices and TTPs
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and oversee global security initiatives
- Support compliance readiness for financial audits and formal security assessments
- Develop and implement security policies aligned with organizational strategic goals
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and compliance, specifically with NIST SP 800-53 Rev5 and DoW standards
- Strong technical writing skills for drafting policies and procedures
- Experience with Financial Management overlays as applied to enterprise software systems
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and manage compliance artifacts
- Current Security+ certification is required; TS clearance preferred

Compensation: $159,000 – $240,000 annually
