Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist - SME
About the role
The Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist – SME evaluates IT systems to ensure they comply with FISMA and FEDRAMP. They enforce a separation of duties between enterprise IT managers and departmental staff, collaborate with the business to enhance information systems, and continuously assess opportunities to improve the internal control environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates IT systems to ensure compliance with FISMA and FEDRAMP
- Enforces separation of duties between IT managers and departmental staff
- Collaborates with the business to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems
- Assesses opportunities to improve the internal control environment
- Completes internal audit work in compliance with established audit methodology
- Maintains professional ethical standards
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 10-12 years; Doctorate with 10+ years
- CISM, GSLC, CASP+
- One or more of the following certifications: CAP, CGRC, CRISC, CISA, COBIT 2019, ISO 2700, Lead Implementor/Auditor, DCAM, ZTA, Formal NIST RMF training, Azure Certifications, AWS Security, FedRamp or CMMS training

Pay
Target salary range: $185,000.00 - $235,000.00. The salary range is determined by several factors including the individual's education, qualifications, and experience.
