About the Role
Drive the next generation of mission-critical energy systems as a Senior Cx Engineer, delivering reliable, high-performance infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, work alongside multidisciplinary specialists, and help advance solutions for high-demand environments and next-generation technology facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for innovative energy projects.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff.
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues for clients in manufacturing, advanced technology, and energy sectors.
- Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
- Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience (required).
- Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations (preferred).

Pay
Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
