NCX Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for partner environments after deployment
• Implement continuous infrastructure validation across large-scale AI clusters
• Establish comprehensive observability and operational telemetry for various systems
• Develop automated workflows for detecting and remediating infrastructure issues
• Refined strategies for managing large GPU fleets and their lifecycle
• Translate partner requirements into operational practices and standards
• Define metrics and validation mechanisms for infrastructure health and readiness
• Build reusable operational frameworks and documentation for consistent partner application

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles in production environments
• Strong experience with Linux-based distributed systems and cloud infrastructure operations
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and lifecycle management of multi-node environments
• Strong skills in production observability, metrics, logging, and health checks
• Experience with automation for lifecycle management and configuration management
• Proficient in programming and automation using Python, Go, or shell scripting

Pay

$184,000 – $356,500 annually
