What You’ll Do

  • Manage Tier I–III help desk operations and staff performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Provide training, escalation support, and clear communication across user groups.

What You’ll Bring

  • Six years of help desk experience within DoD or federal environments.
  • IAT Level III certification required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency with common support tools and ITSM systems.
  • A calm, professional approach under pressure.
