What You’ll Do
- Manage Tier I–III help desk operations and staff performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Provide training, escalation support, and clear communication across user groups.
What You’ll Bring
- Six years of help desk experience within DoD or federal environments.
- IAT Level III certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency with common support tools and ITSM systems.
- A calm, professional approach under pressure.
