Senior - Technical Operator with Security Clearance

About the Role

Hoplite Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Technical Operator to support mission-facing cyber and technical operations across complex network infrastructure environments. This role will focus on guiding blended operational solutions, overseeing the testing and validation of technical capabilities, coordinating mission planning materials, and working closely with leadership, engineering teams, and mission partners to address strategic capability gaps and support priority mission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with Division leadership and multi-discipline team to define and shape blended operations to address strategic capability gaps
• Work with leadership to guide teams developing operational solutions to complex technical challenges
• Provide insight and support in areas such as network analysis across multiple networks to identify common technologies that could advance operations
• Foster and maintain relationships with mission partners
• Oversee technical development efforts performed by partners outside of the organization
• Provide direction and support to client officers across cyber operations
• Oversee, steer, and consult in engineering technology areas, vulnerability research, and network models directly related to mission success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, with a minimum of 20 years' experience in a relevant technical field
6li> Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex mission-critical ideas and technical topics to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated understanding of penetration testing, defensive methodologies, and network intrusion response
• Ability to support the design and deployment of bespoke infrastructure
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and coordinating formal correspondences
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support mission requirements
• Experience working with the field and on complex projects in a multi-agency team
• Experience planning, deconflicting, and collaborating on technical and/or cyber operations with mission partners

Qualifications

• OCONUS operational travel experience (desired)
