- Excellent communication skills across various platforms; concise and empathetic style
- Passionate about helping others use software effectively; skilled in asking open-ended questions
- Tech savvy; can translate complex tech details for non-expert customers
- Experience working closely with C-Level executives; adept at stakeholder management
