About the role

Responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and relationship building. Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, providing strategic guidance and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on customer success strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage customer relationships, escalating issues as necessary and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
  • Conduct regular customer health checks and provide feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of increasing customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM tools and other customer engagement technologies.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and how to optimize each stage for success.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in customer success management.
