About the role

Responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support and relationship building. Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals and provide exceptional service experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute onboarding strategies to ensure customers are successfully set up and using our products/services.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and pain points, providing tailored solutions and support.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with key stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experiences.
  • Conduct quarterly customer health assessments to monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of high-value customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer relationship management best practices.
