About the role
Responsible for managing customer programs and relationships within Lenovo's CSP (Customer Success Programs) accounts. Key focus areas include driving customer satisfaction, ensuring program effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer programs tailored to meet specific business needs.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of customer programs.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues proactively to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform program development and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer management or program management roles.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and ability to develop strategies to retain and grow customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful program management and customer relationship building.
- Experience with AI technologies and applications is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
