About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Built with lawyers, our AI‑native workspace helps legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end‑to‑end workflows, we cut through complexity so teams can focus on judgment, strategy, and outcomes. Over 1,000 customers across 50+ countries—including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays—trust us. We have scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams in Europe, North America, and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions such as Qura, Walter AI, and Graceview. Our partners include world‑class performers like Aaron Judge, the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg, and campaigns featuring Jude Law. At Legora we lean in, fight for excellence, and grow together—mission before ego, everyone contributes, no one coasts.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Content Strategist to scale how Legora’s customers tell their own story—on‑camera first, and in every other format after that. The role focuses on the US market while contributing to a global customer storytelling program. You will turn relationships with top law firms and innovative in‑house legal teams into a steady supply of customer films, case studies, testimonials, and speaker moments, and ensure that content reaches the teams that need it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Legora’s customer content pipeline for the US: decide which stories to tell, in what format, for which audience, and on what timeline.
  • Video production: manage customer video from concept to final cut—including scoping, treatments, directing on‑set, briefing editors and production partners, and reviewing to a high bar.
  • Customer relationships & advocacy: build and maintain the reference and advocacy pool with Engagement and Sales, identifying speakers, topics, and frequency while making participation worthwhile.
  • Case studies & written proof: translate customer engagements into written case studies, proof points, and metrics that withstand scrutiny from skeptical buying committees.
  • Sales enablement: package customer content for Sales—clipped, tagged, searchable, and matched to the moments in deals where it lands hardest.
  • Events & launch moments: capture and produce customer content around events, launches, and conferences, securing customer participation in key moments.
  • Distribution: collaborate with Brand, Growth, and International Marketing to place customer content where it will be seen and adapt it for specific segments or markets.
  • Measurement: define success metrics for content creation, distribution, and optimization, and use insights to shape future work.
  • AI‑enabled workflows: leverage AI tools to increase output without lowering editorial or visual standards.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in customer marketing, customer content, brand video, or content production—ideally in B2B, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Demonstrable hands‑on video experience across the full process (concept, direction, production management, post‑production) with a portfolio or reel.
  • Proven track record building a customer story, reference, or advocacy program, including sourcing participants and managing them over time.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders at large, cautious, or regulated organizations and navigating approvals with communications and legal teams.
  • Strong written craft: ability to write standalone case studies or narratives that also serve as the basis for video content.
  • Cross‑functional execution skills: comfortable collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Brand, and Communications to turn inputs into finished work.
  • AI‑native mindset: use AI tools to speed up production and repurposing while retaining editorial and visual judgment.
  • Excellent customer‑facing skills: quickly earn senior professionals’ trust and make being filmed feel easy.
  • Great judgement and taste for compelling storytelling that resonates with both Legora and its customers.
  • Organized, persistent, and able to keep content moving through approval queues without becoming a nuisance.
  • Commercial orientation: understand which stories are needed to close deals, renewals, or expansions and build the program accordingly.

Benefits & Perks

  • Global collaboration with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.
  • Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
  • Meaningful work that shapes how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.
  • In‑person Union Square office with company‑provided lunch daily.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (multiple plan options through Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, MetLife, and Vision Care).
  • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection).
  • Generous parental leave and free access to Maven Clinic.
  • Dependent Care FSA and free One Medical membership for employees and dependents.
  • Pre‑tax commuter benefits.
  • Life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability.
  • 401(k) with generous company match.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Robust voluntary benefits: identity protection (Aura), legal coverage (MetLife), pet savings programs, and more.

Compensation

Salary range: $159,000 – $188,000.
