Senior Curriculum Developer, sUAS Operations

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job and task analyses to define learning objectives
• Design structured learning paths across multiple delivery formats
• Create assessments that measure operational capability
• Develop facilitator resources to support consistent instruction
• Incorporate immersive learning technologies into curricula
• Utilize AI workflows for efficient curriculum development
• Establish and maintain scalable curriculum standards

Requirements

• BA/BS in Instructional Design or related field
• 7+ years in curriculum design for technical training
• Expert in instructional systems design and assessment
• Experience with complex technical products
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong portfolio of curriculum artifacts
• Collaborative experience with technical teams

Pay

$110,000 – $145,000 annually
