Senior CT Technologist (Non-Exempt)

About the role

Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. Assist in leading and mentoring staff, serving as a resource, and supporting orientation and training. Ensure patient safety, maintain imaging standards, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT imaging procedures
• Lead and mentor junior staff, serving as a clinical resource
• Support orientation and training of new team members
• Maintain imaging standards and ensure patient safety
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with completed clinical hours
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in CT imaging
• State licensure may be required depending on location
• Certification in ARRT (CT) and BLS preferred

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Thorough understanding of CT imaging protocols and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements required for the role
