Job Duties
- Lead the concept development, design, and execution of print and digital assets, including brochures, applications, advertisements, websites, blogs, and other visual communications.
- Translate complex business objectives and messaging into compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards and audience expectations.
- Manage creative projects or small programs with defined scope, resources, and risks, maintaining accountability for outcomes and deliverables.
- Apply best practices and experienced judgment to solve multifaced creative challenges, adapting approaches to new or changing situations.
- Select and tailor design methods and tools to address initiatives with cross-functional considerations or competing priorities.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or novel situations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to influence creative direction, recommend solutions, and contribute to collaborative problem solving.
- Ensure brand integrity, quality, and usability across all deliverables by interpreting and applying guidelines in varied contexts.
- Analyze project outcomes, feedback, or trends to identify opportunities for improving creative effectiveness, workflows, or standards.
- Provide guidance, coaching, or review of work for less experienced creative team members to support skill development and quality outcomes.
- Maintain accountability for timelines, resources, and the overall quality of assigned initiatives with minimal day-to-day oversight.
Essential Skills
- Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Required Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma strongly preferred
- Advanced expertise in design principles, branding, visual storytelling, and digital and print production
- Proven ability to lead complex creative initiatives and adapt established practices to evolving business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous or novel situations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, including the ability to mentor others and contribute at a senior professional level
