Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of Creative Operations and Project Management, supporting the execution of creative work across a portfolio of seasonal B2B marketing campaigns and smaller brand initiatives. You will translate project briefs into clear creative plans, manage timelines and deliverables, and create visibility into project status across internal teams and external partners. As a central connector for the Creative Studio, you will help strengthen collaboration, improve workflows, administer project tools and documentation, and keep fast-moving creative projects on track from kickoff through final delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creative workstream for a portfolio of marketing and brand projects, ensuring creative assets are delivered on time, on brand, and within approved scope.
  • Partner with marketing leads, project leads, producers, studio management, creative leadership, brand teams, and external agency partners to translate briefs into actionable creative plans.
  • Audit incoming requests for completeness, clarify scope and requirements, set up project kickoffs, establish timelines and review processes, assign work, and track deliverables through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a North America marketing-request intake process, helping ensure briefs are clear, priorities are well defined, and the right creative resources are assigned.
  • Develop and manage detailed workback schedules, support resource planning, and adjust plans as project scope, priorities, or timing evolve.
  • Maintain project-management tools, asset trackers, central documentation, templates, and status reports across creative scopes.
  • Improve workflows and build scalable processes, supporting the Creative Studio’s overall success and helping teams execute high-quality work with greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, design, creative production, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
  • Background in creative operations, marketing operations, production, project management, creative services, or agency account/project management.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, creative studios, or in-house creative teams preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource planning, creative estimation, process optimization, and managing multiple simultaneous projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, production coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Passion for creative, brand, and marketing work, with a strong foundation in managing cross-functional creative workflows.
  • Proficient in project-management platforms such as Asana and Jira, with strong organizational, prioritization, and resource-planning skills.
  • Familiar with creative development processes, campaign production, workback schedules, creative briefing, and asset tracking.
  • Skilled in collaborating with creative, marketing, brand, production, project-management, and agency teams.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, scopes, and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using data, metrics, and project status reporting to communicate needs, clarify priorities, and support decision-making.
