Responsibilities

  • Develop and design visual content for a wide variety of corporate needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and ensure alignment with corporate identity guidelines.
  • Create engaging infographics and visual storytelling elements to enhance the company’s messaging.
  • Design layouts for both print and digital platforms while considering user experience and functionality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 8 - 10 years in brand management/marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand architecture, brand research, training, and governance.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work on a global team.
