Senior Counsel, Fixed Income
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples, but likely we should only use those headings. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we need to decide which of those headings have content.
We have content for About the role (summary). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Skills (core competencies). Benefits (description). Pay (salary range). Schedule? Not present (no schedule details). Requirements maybe same as Qualifications? Could combine. But we have Qualifications & Experience section; we can map to Qualifications. Requirements maybe not needed.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will output:
About the role
... summary ...
Responsibilities
- ... ...
Qualifications
- ... ...
Skills
- ... ...
Benefits
- ... ...
Pay
Salary Range $100,000.00-$110,000.00
We should not include Schedule. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Need to include details from summary, responsibilities, qualifications, core competencies, what this role offers, education, work experience, certifications, travel, workstyle? Those are not in allowed headings; but we must preserve all substantive information. If we omit those sections, we lose info. However instruction says we should use those headings; but maybe we can embed extra info within those sections as appropriate. For example, education, work experience, certifications could go under Qualifications. Travel and workstyle could go under About the role or Benefits? But they are not benefits. Could be placed under About the role as extra details. The instruction: "Usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "e.g." So we could still use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can fold travel, workstyle, education, etc. into existing sections. Let's extract details: Summary: "The Senior Counsel will provide dedicated legal support to the GreensLedge Capital Markets business, advising investment banking and capital markets professionals on transactional, regulatory, and advisory matters, with a particular focus on structured credit and securitized products. The Senior Counsel will report to the Senior Assistant General Counsel, Fixed Income primarily responsible for legal support of GreensLedge’s business. This role requires strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills, experience supporting capital markets or investment banking activities, and familiarity with structured products, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), rated feeders, and related structured credit products. The Senior Counsel will serve as a practical, business-oriented legal partner, independently managing a high volume of day-to-day transactional matters while escalating significant legal and regulatory issues as appropriate." Responsibilities list: bullet points. Qualifications & Experience: list. Core Competencies: list. What This Role Offers: list. Education: "Juris Doctor (JD): Law" Work Experience: "General Experience - 6 to 10 years" Certifications: (none specified? maybe blank) Salary Range: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 Travel: Less than 25% Workstyle: Hybrid Benefits: description. We need to include all. We can put Education, Work Experience, Certifications under Qualifications (maybe as subpoints). Travel and Workstyle could be under About the role or maybe under Benefits? Not appropriate. Could create a section "Details" but not allowed. Perhaps we can add a
after Qualifications for extra info. But we must not create new headings not in list? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "e.g." implying those are examples; we could still use other headings if needed. However to be safe, we could embed extra info in paragraphs under existing sections. Let's craft:
