We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "At MFS, you will find a culture..."? That's about culture, maybe part of About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about culture at start. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About MFS". But we only have allowed headings list; we can use About the role for that intro. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have base salary range and mention incentive bonus. So Pay section can include base salary range and incentive bonus. Benefits: many benefits listed. Schedule: mention hybrid work environment (remote/onsite) unless otherwise stated. That's schedule info. Also mention "MFS is a hybrid work environment (remote/onsite) unless otherwise stated in the job posting." That's schedule. We need to avoid EEO boilerplate etc. Remove the long EEO paragraph and contact for disability etc. Also remove "Our compensation philosophy is to pay competitively..." maybe keep? It's somewhat generic but still substantive? Might be considered boilerplate but it's about compensation philosophy. Might keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The compensation philosophy is not exactly those categories, but could be considered generic. Safer to keep only concrete details: base salary range, incentive bonus, benefits list, hybrid work schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to preserve all substantive info: responsibilities list, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph about culture and role overview?), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe education and experience?), Qualifications (maybe bar membership etc?), Skills (communication, organization etc), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range + incentive bonus), Schedule (hybrid work). We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's extract content: Intro: "At MFS, you will find a culture that supports you in doing what you do best. Our employees work together to reach better outcomes, favoring the strongest idea over the strongest individual. We put people first and demonstrate care and compassion for our community and each other. Because what we do matters – to us as valued professionals and to the millions of people and institutions who rely on us to help them build more secure and prosperous futures." Then "THE ROLE MFS is seeking a seasoned attorney with in-depth fixed income and creditor side workout and restructuring experience, along with significant experience negotiating, executing and interpreting transactional documentation in both distressed and front-end situations. This attorney must be curious and creative, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strategic thinking, and must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently. This attorney must be able to deliver clear, pragmatic, effective legal advice, and must take ownership over legal issues which affect the Fixed Income platform." That could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll put that in About the role. Then "What You Will Do" list: Provide legal and strategic advice... etc. That's responsibilities. Then "What We Are Looking For": Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree. Must have at least eight (8) years of directly relevant work experience as an attorney working on investor-side legal matters, including work experience at a large law firm or major financial services company, working on large, sophisticated matters. Must be a member of good standing of a state bar, such as the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, including direct experience working closely with investors. Must be able to communicate complicated legal concepts in pragmatic terms, must write clearly and effectively, and be comfortable presenting to broader groups. Must have a strong work ethic, and act with a high degree of integrity. Must thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, in which colleagues act together to drive the best outcomes for MFS and its clients. That includes qualifications and skills. We can split: Requirements (education + experience + bar), Qualifications (maybe same?), Skills (organization, communication, etc). But we need to avoid duplication. Could combine. Better: Use sections: About the role (intro + role description), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements (education, years experience, bar membership), Skills (organization, communication, interpersonal, etc), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Qualifications maybe not needed separately if covered. We must not create empty sections. Now benefits list: many items. Need to preserve all substantive info. Let's list them: - MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k) - Education Assistance: MFS contributes $100 monthly up to $10,000 lifetime maximum directly to loan provider - Education Assistance: Tuition reimbursement up to $8,000 annually - Education Assistance: Access to discounted tutors and college coaches - Generous time off and fully paid leaves including 20-weeks for maternity, 12-weeks for parental and caregiver leaves - Choice of medical and dental plans and an and an employer contribution into the Health Savings Account (typo "an and an" but keep) - Tax deferred commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts (medical & dependent care) - Wellness Programs: Robust wellness webinars, employee assistance program with a focus on mental health, subsidized fitness benefit via Wellhub (formerly Gympass), where you can workout at gyms, studios and boutique fitness locations near you, join virtual personal training sessions and access a wide variety of well-being apps Also maybe "significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance." That's part of Pay. Pay: Base Salary Range: $159,500.00 - $240,000.00. This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus. Schedule: MFS is a hybrid work environment (remote/onsite) unless otherwise stated in the job posting. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, with

for prose. We must not include any markdown fences. Let's craft:
