Senior Counsel - Biotech Patent Law - Biosimilars

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Counsel - Biotech Patent Law - Biosimilars to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This attorney will play a key role in shaping intellectual property strategy for complex biologics and biosimilar programs. The position blends patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate analysis, and litigation support with close collaboration across legal and business teams on matters that influence access, risk, and long-term commercial objectives. The role also requires partnership with global colleagues to align IP approach across projects, along with occasional domestic and international travel.
