We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are", "What You Bring To The Table", "Essential Functions", "Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit", "Qualifications", "Physical Demands", "Beck’s Benefits". Also "Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position." That's a benefit? Could be part of Benefits or a note. We must use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can use other headings if they match content? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those exact headings when appropriate, but we can also use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they want us to use those headings for sections that exist. If a section doesn't match exactly, we could still use

with appropriate heading text derived from content. Probably we should map content to those standard headings: About the role (maybe "Who We Are" and "What You Bring To The Table"?), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Qualifications + Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit?), Skills (maybe part of Qualifications), Benefits (Beck’s Benefits + domestic relocation assistance), Pay (not present, so omit), Schedule (not present, omit). We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have real content. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting, but organized under those headings. We must not repeat job title as heading (not present). No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, etc. At end there is EEO statement and accommodation statement. Remove those. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Who We Are: - We're The Beck Group, the largest and most innovative integrated building firm in the country. - Focused on delivering design and construction excellence on a broad range of project types. - Headquartered in downtown Dallas, with offices in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Denver, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Worth, Mexico City, and Tampa. - We believe a better process and outcome results from working together. - At Beck, you will find yourself surrounded by passionate colleagues who have a collaborative mindset and care about each other. - We are committed to hiring the best and brightest within our industry, and that's why we are seeking experienced professionals like you to help transform the industry and continue building Beck's respected reputation. What You Bring To The Table: - The Beck Group seeks to add a skilled attorney to our in-house legal team. - Reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with the legal team, you will provide legal support to our project teams nationwide. - This position partners closely with Construction, Architecture, and Design-Build project teams throughout the full lifecycle of each project. - As a member of a small legal team supporting a large organization, this role offers an exciting opportunity to quickly become an instrumental contributor to the success of individual projects and the company overall. - The primary responsibility of this role is to provide legal support to construction and architecture project teams throughout the full project lifecycle - from RFP through closeout - helping projects continue to move toward completion while identifying and managing legal and business risk. - Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. Essential Functions (list): - Review, edit, and negotiate construction, architecture, and design-build contracts. - Review, edit, and negotiate agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and clients, including, for example, subcontracts, purchase orders, NDAs, software agreements, lender consents, and leases. - Provide legal support to Human Resources, other corporate services, and Beck’s regional and corporate leadership. - Field questions from project teams, analyze risk, help teams think through issues, and map out a course forward that mitigates risk, limits liability, and otherwise promotes and protects Beck’s interests. - Work closely with the Risk department to navigate insurance claims and coverage matters. - Work with AI platforms and other technologies to enhance output and create efficiencies. Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit (paragraph): - The ideal candidate will bring a service-first attitude and a willingness to assist our project teams with a broad array of legal services. - The right candidate will be able to skillfully manage their time, stay organized, and exercise sound judgment across competing priorities. - They will also be comfortable being pulled in multiple directions at once, effectively managing the expectations of requesting parties while consistently delivering high-quality legal support in a timely manner. Qualifications: - J.D. from an accredited law school. - A minimum of seven years practicing law, including at least three years in construction law or a related area. - Preferred qualifications include: - Transactional and litigation practice. - Experience in both law firm and in-house settings. - Knowledge of insurance policies common to the construction and architecture industries. - Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state, with the expectation of becoming licensed in Texas. - Affinity for contract review, drafting, and negotiation, with the legal knowledge and judgment to independently manage matters from start to finish, with support available as needed. - Proficiency with computers and commonly used software, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Physical Demands: - Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office and occasionally visit project sites; - frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; - communicates with Beck personnel, outside counsel, opposing counsel, subcontractors, vendors, and others; - ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance; - some travel required, typically to Beck regional offices. Beck’s Benefits: - At Beck our team member experience goes beyond your day-to-day work activities – we also want to support the rest of your life goals, milestones and challenges. - We strive for thrive – we want you to thrive in your wellbeing, finances, and community. - Benefits In addition to robust coverage for medical, dental, vision, life & disability benefits, Beck is pleased to offer its team members: - 401k match and free SmartDollar program for financial wellness - Free dedicated financial coach - Personal health & fitness program for tracking activities & earning rewards - Paid family leave - Health discounts on medical premiums - Free comprehensive health screenings - Free health coach program for weight-loss & hypertension management - Financial & behavioral support for family forming journeys (ex. Fertility, adoption, pregnancy, and parenthood). - Free Life Coach - Pet insurance discount - Organized projects and events to support our communities Also "Join our team and build your future with Beck." maybe a call to action but could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO; it's a tagline. Might keep as prose under Benefits? Probably keep as a closing statement but not required. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Join our team and build your future with Beck." is not boilerplate; it's a tagline. Could keep as a

maybe under Benefits or as a separate section? There's no specific heading for that. Could incorporate into Benefits section as a paragraph. We must not create Pay/Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. Not present, so omit. We need to decide which sections to output. Likely: About the role (combining Who We Are and What You Bring To The Table?), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Qualifications + Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit?), Skills (maybe part of Qualifications), Benefits (Beck’s Benefits + domestic relocation assistance). But we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. We could output:

About the role

... combine Who We Are and What You Bring To The Table ...

Responsibilities

    ... essential functions ...

Requirements

    ... qualifications (including preferred) ...
Maybe also include Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit as part of Requirements? Could be separate

Skills

but we have limited content. Better: Use

Qualifications

for the qualifications list (including preferred). Use

Skills

for the "Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit" (service-first attitude, time management, etc.) as skills. But the instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use others if needed but better to stick to given list. However we have "Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit" which is about attributes/skills, could go under Skills. Thus sections: - About the role (Who We Are + What You Bring To The Table) - Responsibilities (Essential Functions) - Qualifications (J.D., years experience, preferred qualifications) - Skills (service-first attitude, time management, etc.) - Benefits (Beck’s Benefits + domestic relocation assistance) - Physical Demands (maybe as its own section? Not in list but we could treat as Responsibilities? But it's separate. Could include under Responsibilities? Might be better to add a section "Physical Demands" but not in the example list; but we could still use

Physical Demands

as it's substantive. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. However we can still use Physical Demands as a heading; it's not prohibited. Safer to include it as a section. We must not create sections with filler. Physical Demands has real content. Thus final HTML:
