Senior Counsel

Responsibilities

• Advise on, draft, and negotiate value-based arrangements
• Collaborate with clinical teams on affiliation agreements
• Absorb new contracts from acquisitions and pilot programs
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations through collaboration with leaders
• Provide strategic legal guidance to executives
• Manage end-to-end legal work with minimal supervision
• Perform sophisticated legal analysis and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
• 5+ years of legal experience in the health care industry
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation with a focus on value-based contracting
• Active membership in a state bar association
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Passion for improving consumer experiences
