Senior Counsel

Role Summary

Cardlytics is seeking a Senior Counsel to join their Legal and Compliance department. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, the ideal candidate will support business units across the company, assist with legal needs, independently draft and negotiate agreements, and collaborate with customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• A skilled attorney with at least 3-5 years of legal experience, including in-house and adtech experience
• Comfort with and skill at sizing up legal documents and identifying issues
• A demonstrated ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders
• Experience with complex business and technical concepts and good judgment in difficult situations
• Track record of managing competing business needs and finding creative solutions

• Strong academic background in law
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the organization
• Passionate about protecting the company and driving growth
• Willingness to learn the nuances of the company and use legal solutions to help it grow

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
