Key Responsibilities
- Manage standard costing, BOM updates, and cost roll processes
- Lead cost variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) and reporting
- Support monthly close including journal entries, reconciliations, and inventory reporting
- Oversee inventory accounting accuracy, including cycle counts and physical inventory
- Partner cross-functionally to improve costing processes and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in cost accounting
- Experience with manufacturing costing, inventory, and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills required
