Senior Accountant

About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing detailed accounting tasks including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, journal entries, financial reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed accounting tasks including AP, AR, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, journal entries, financial reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Handle fixed asset management and depreciation calculations.
• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Conduct financial reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Expertise in GAAP.
• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Public accounting experience or CPA certification.
• Ability to work full-time in an office environment from 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MS GP or Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

USD90,000 - USD125,000 per year + Bonus.
