Senior Corporate Group Sales Manager

The Sunny is a new oceanfront hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, marking the transformation of the historic Newport Beachside Hotel into a modern beachfront destination. The 340-room property blends thoughtful design with a strong food and beverage program, multiple dining concepts, and lively social spaces designed for both guests and the local community. Family-owned for three generations, the property builds on decades of hospitality on one of South Florida’s most storied beachfront sites.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue and build strong client relationships. In this role, you will lead sales efforts, develop strategic plans, and exceed targets while collaborating with our marketing team and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and exceed targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
