About the role

A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate to join its growing transactional practice in Minneapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate attorney looking to take on sophisticated deal work, work closely with senior leadership, and play a meaningful role in complex business transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage critical aspects of high-level transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other strategic corporate deals.
• Support clients through complex business decisions.
• Help drive deals from structuring through execution.

Requirements

• JD required
• Must have prior experience working in a law firm
• 5–8 years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and strategic business deals
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
• Strong research, writing, and communication abilities
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice in Minnesota required
