Responsibilities

Responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating programs, projects and processes that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. Four years’ of experience coordinating activities, programs and/or projects, employee supervision and development.
• Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree. Experience in a community college.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers. Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen.

Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Flexible schedules are required.
• Student Success Hours of Operation: Monday‑Thursday: 8 am‑7 pm; Friday: 8 am‑5 pm; Saturday: 9 am‑1 pm.
