Job Summary and Description

Responsible for planning and coordinating programs, projects and processes that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers. This position will support the implementation and operations of the Alamo Colleges Future Ready Grant.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. Three years of experience coordinating activities, programs and/or projects. Supervisory experience.
• Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree. Experience in a community college is highly desirable. Experience working with first‑generation and low‑income students and their families. Track record of successful student recruitment at community events and active community engagement. Experience related to actively engaging with and serving K‑12 populations, including middle school students, families, educators.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers. Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen.

Pay

Hourly or Salaried: Salary (grant funded).

Schedule

Standard hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some weekend and evening hours will be required and will vary from week to week.
