Senior Coordinator, Student Government

About the role

The Senior Coordinator for Student Government is a member of the Leadership & Service unit within the Department of Student Involvement & Engagement. This position serves as the primary advisor to Student Government (SG) and provides leadership development, organizational advising, and administrative support to each of SG’s branches and services. The position reports directly to the Leadership & Service unit lead and maintains a close collaborative relationship with the Executive Director for Student Involvement & Engagement to ensure alignment with departmental priorities, university initiatives, and student success outcomes. The Senior Coordinator works closely with student leaders, university administrators, faculty, and staff to foster meaningful student engagement, effective governance, and student leadership development.
