About the Role

The Senior Coordinator - Product Development role provides essential professional and administrative support to the Product Development team. The position ensures efficient coordination and execution of product development activities, facilitating communication and collaboration within the team and across divisions. This role plays a key part in maintaining organization and momentum in product schedules, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to support the successful delivery of educational products.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed product schedules, track dependencies, and report risks and changes regularly
  • Organize product documentation and artifacts with version control for easy access
  • Coordinate communication between vendors and internal teams, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups
  • Track deliverables and milestones, monitor progress, and escalate blockers
  • Support build-to-launch activities including reviews, readiness checklists, and handoffs to operations
  • Foster effective communication and collaborative relationships within and across teams
  • Collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned operations
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related project or product coordination experience in education or professional settings, or equivalent combination
  • Preferably experienced with scheduling and communication software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with initiative
  • Integrity, professionalism, and persistence
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
  • Ability to build cooperative working relationships
