Senior Coordinator, Advancement Communications - University Advancement
About the role
The Senior Coordinator supports the Assistant Vice Chancellor (AVC) and a high-volume communications team that works with many colleagues across University Advancement and our campus to advance key marketing communications priorities.
Responsibilities
- Assist AVC with a range of projects, scheduling meetings, paying vendors, budget management, and various types of creative/competitive research.
- Office-management responsibilities such as project coordination and management.
- Communications responsibilities such as proofreading and creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
Job Location/Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Physical Effort: Typically sitting at a desk or table. Repetitive wrist, hand or finger movement. Ability to move to on and off-campus locations. Equipment: Office equipment.
Education
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.

Salary and Benefits
This position is located in St. Louis, MO and the targeted hiring range for this position is $25.47 - $30.00. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
