Position Overview
This position involves designing, implementing, and testing automation and control systems for manufacturing and process environments. The role includes ownership of design and modification tasks for client projects, with guidance as needed, and supporting internal team members. Location & Travel: Primary Location: Indianapolis, IN; Occasional travel to support client sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Design, develop, and support DCS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Design and support electrical hardware systems
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and instrumentation
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
- Collaborate effectively with clients, peers, and leadership
- Provide on-call support as required
- Work independently and in team-based project environments
- Maintain approximately 80% billable utilization, supported by leadership and sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in process control and automation
- 5-10 years of experience with control systems, including: DeltaV, PLC, HMI, DCS, SCADA platforms (Preferred: Rockwell, FactoryTalk View SE/ME, iFix, PlantPAx, PCS7, Siemens, Wonderware)
- Ability to support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Ability to read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Willingness to provide on-call support
