Senior Contracts Manager

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a life sciences environment.

About the role

You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts related to clinical trial activities
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and vendors for compliance and policy adherence
• Collaborate with teams to assess risks and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of contract status and milestones
• Provide support on contract interpretation and compliance matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of contract management experience in clinical research
• Strong grasp of contract law and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating complex contracts
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
