Responsibilities
- Maintain and update contract templates
- Drive the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management and other automation software
- Provide day-to-day support across contracts, licensing, and compliance matters
- Track deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and follow structured processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a legal tech role, with particular emphasis on contracts and transactions
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management or other contract automation software
- Familiarity with multi-state regulatory, licensing, or compliance frameworks
- Prior experience implementing contract lifecycle management or automation software
- Experience in real estate brokerage, brokerage licensing, or another highly regulated industry is a major plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent paralegal certification/training is preferred
- Outstanding professional references
Skills
- Extensive experience utilizing and implementing legal technology, including state-of-the-art Contract Lifecycle Management and other contract automation software and applications
Pay
The salary range for this role is $75,000 – $110,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
