Senior Contracts Administrator

About the role

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in legal tech, particularly in contracts and transactions, with a focus on contract generation and template maintenance. This is a hands-on role involving contract templates, CLM implementations, and daily contract support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update contract templates
• Drive the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management and other automation software
• Provide day-to-day support across contracts, licensing, and compliance matters
• Utilize and implement legal technology, including CLM and automation software
• Track deadlines, manage tasks, and follow structured processes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in real estate brokerage, licensing, or highly regulated industries is a plus

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a legal tech role, with a strong emphasis on contracts and transactions
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management or other contract automation software
• Familiarity with multi-state regulatory, licensing, or compliance frameworks
• Prior experience implementing contract lifecycle management or automation software
• Demonstrated ability to track deadlines, manage tasks, and follow structured processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in real estate brokerage, brokerage licensing, or another highly regulated industry is a major plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent paralegal certification/training preferred

Pay

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000, based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, and credentials.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Nashville, TN.
