Responsibilities
- Comply with contracts policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and functional performance standards to facilitate effective implementation within program objectives and requirements.
- Counsel and serve as the main resource on all matters of a contractual nature.
- Negotiate favorable agreements, including NDAs, TAs, contracts, analyze and resolve OCI issues, and participate in the preparation and submission of proposals and bid strategies.
- Represent the company in matters of contract, pricing, or performance reviews as may be conducted by agencies of the federal government.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including Contracting Officers, CORs, Operations, Program Control, Pricing, Business Development/Capture, Procurement, and HR.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of contracts administration experience or an MBA and 3+ years of experience.
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Experience providing contractual support for proposal teams and managing complex Government contracts, including Cost Reimbursable contracts.
- Ability to represent the company as the prime contact on contracts or projects and interact with internal/external personnel on matters often requiring coordination across organizational lines.
- Experienced with MS Office Products (e.g., Word, Excel) and capable of learning and using company-specific programs.

Pay
The salary offered will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, business needs, and other factors permitted by law.
Schedule
This role is a hybrid position with on-site being in our Moorestown, NJ office, and follows a 9/80 schedule: 9 hours Monday through Thursday (week 1) and day off first Friday with two remote days. Week 2 is 9 hours Monday through Thursday and Friday is an 8 hour-day with 3 days remote.
