About the role
Responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. Oversee contract administration processes including negotiation, drafting, execution, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft contracts to ensure they meet company standards and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Manage contract renewals and terminations, ensuring all procedures are followed and documentation is accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to contract management.
- Ensure all contracts are stored securely and accessible for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or similar role.
- Experience with contract management software and tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws governing contracts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Understanding of legal principles and contract law.
