About the Role
Leads team in determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products as well as implementing cost-savings process improvements. Troubleshoots and resolves issues, estimating time requirements for operations, and preparing operation sheets. Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters to increase efficiency and cost savings.
Due to the nature of the programs we support, this role may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
