About the Role
Leads team in determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products as well as implementing cost-savings process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues.
- Estimates time requirements for operations.
- Prepares operation sheets.
- Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters to increase efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
