About the role
Lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable, sustained improvements in safety, quality, output, and cost effectiveness. Focus on understanding how current processes are performing, identifying gaps, and delivering high impact improvements that scale across the operation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and lead improvement projects that reduce waste and help teams work more efficiently
- Drive cost reduction initiatives across the organization while improving process performance
- Leverage data to understand current performance, identify root causes, and quantify business impact
- Participate in CI boards and help turn team ideas into actionable improvements
- Create and maintain clear, easy-to-follow documentation and help establish best practices that can be repeated and sustained
- Lead teams in testing changes, measuring results, and ensuring improvements are maintained over time
Requirements
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings or prints
- Demonstrated experience using structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes, adjust approach, and implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Industrial Engineering strongly preferred
- 7 or more years of relevant experience
