Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Producer to build world-class conference programming and recruit exceptional speakers. This is not an event logistics or video production role. It is an editorial role centered on identifying important ideas, discovering influential voices, recruiting top speakers, and crafting compelling conference sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years producing conference content, including owning speaker recruitment and agenda development.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to recognize what makes a session truly worth attending.
• Comfortable conducting outreach to senior executives and persuading high-profile speakers to participate.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred

• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, business strategy, or entrepreneurship.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for continually learning new technical topics.
• Comfortable speaking on stage or moderating panels.
